New Patient Information
Welcome to Williamsburg Dental East! Below, you’ll find all the information you need before scheduling your first appointment. Want to know what your first visit will be like? Wondering if we’ll accept your dental insurance? You’ll find answers to these questions and more below. If you still have a question after reading through everything, please don’t hesitate to just call us and ask! We can’t wait to meet you and your family and serve your smiles.
Your First Visit
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by smiling faces and escorted to one of our comfortable treatment rooms. We will then take x-rays of your mouth and perform an oral cancer screening, and when finished, we will provide a thorough cleaning of your teeth and gums. If we spot any issues or notice any potential future problems, we will explain the situation, educate you on the procedure to treat it, and we will begin to plan the next steps in correcting the problem.
New Patient Forms
Before your first visit, take a few moments to download and complete our new patient forms. These forms allow our team to learn more about you, your family, and your dentistry needs. We’ve all been the new patient juggling clipboards, insurance cards, and cell phones in the waiting room to get information written down, so we invite you to skip that step and fill out your forms from the comfort of home.

Financing Available
In a study conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more people reported avoiding dental care due to financial concerns than those who opted out of treatment due to dental anxiety or phobia and lack of time combined. At Williamsburg Dental East, we’re happy to work with patients to finance their necessary oral health care. We accept payment from all major credit cards, work with CareCredit third-party financing, and offer in-house financing for up to 3 months. Whatever care you need, our team is ready to help you finance your treatment.
